Don Hoy Lord in Samut Songkhram, a small province only an hour drive from Bangkok, is where you can see various kinds of birds at this time of the year.

Located at the mouth of Mae Klong River in Muang District, Don Hoy Lord is also popular for its worm shells.

Locals can be seen catching them along the province's 22,000- ifrai coastline. About 2,000 families in the province depend on worm shells for their livelohood. The annual catch is estimated around 720 tons.

Don Hoy Lord is famous for dishes made from worm shells and fresh seafood.
